How do I cancel Readay Pro?
On your iPhone, open Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Readay. Or in Readay: Settings › Manage subscription.
I paid but Pro isn't showing.
In Readay, open Settings › Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID you bought with.
It says I've used my voice notes for the week.
The free journal has five voice notes and five page scans a week, two new postcards a day and 25 reads on the shelf. They come back at the start of the next week or day. "Please, I really need it" lets one through and adds a little once. Readay Pro takes the limits off. Editing a postcard never counts.
Does my journal move to a new phone?
Yes, if iCloud sync is on (Settings › iCloud sync). Sign in with the same Apple ID and it comes back, covers included.
Can I export my journal?
Not yet. Your journal lives on your phone and in your own iCloud, and nowhere else.
How do I delete my data?
Delete Readay from your phone to remove the journal there. The copy in your iCloud can be removed from iPhone Settings › your name › iCloud › Manage Account Storage. Your subscription isn't affected.
Where did my characters and vibes go?
Readay 2.2 made the journal one feed of postcards. Characters are now @names inside your entries, each with a page of the lines they're in, and vibes became stamps on each postcard.
What happened to the app blocking?
It's gone. Readay is a reading journal now. If you bought it for the blocker, email us and we'll sort it out.
